I get sharp pain in my low back when I step down & sometimes when I lift my leg to take a step. any ideas? - step lifts

I had two back operations and still have this pain and had only recently meylogram which showed nothing wrong with my back or surgery. The doctor looked at my ISG and it was okay. I do not know what else still be seen, if someone has an idea, I would be very happy to hear!
